Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Framework
10.6.1 Non-Discriminatory Admissions Policy
UPI ensures non-discriminatory admissions through various selection paths (SNBP, SNBT, SM UPI), accommodating students from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
10.6.2 Tracking Underrepresented Groups
UPI tracks applications, acceptances, and completions for underrepresented groups (disabilities, low-income, first-generation) to ensure equitable outcomes and support.
10.6.3 Active Recruitment
UPI actively recruits students and staff from underrepresented groups through targeted outreach, scholarships (like KIP-K), and affirmative action policies.
10.6.4 Anti-Discrimination Policy
A comprehensive anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policy is in place, protecting all members of the university community based on various characteristics.

10.6.5 Diversity and Equality Committee
UPI has established committees and units, such as the PPKS Task Force, to oversee diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives across the university.
10.6.6 Support Programs
Support programs, including mentoring and counseling, are available for underrepresented groups through units like the Career Development Center (CDC).
10.6.11 Anti-Harassment Policy
UPI regulates anti-harassment policy through Rector Regulation Number 30 of 2025 on Guidelines for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS), creating a unit specifically handling issues concerning violence including sexual violence.
